Although not really my first website,...
This website is the result of a lot of
Self learning and perseverance.

It wasn't my first attempt at building a website.  That was the Albury Home Sales website (see below), and I used Microsoft Front Page to design it.  It was hosted by the Telstra (Australia) and cost me $40 per month. 

What a nightmare it was back then.  After discovering there are much cheaper hosting options available, I purchased hosting from WebCity (Aust.), and came up with the name, "Your-First-Stop" with the optimistic thought of making my website THE First Stop.  Ah well, I can change it later I guess.

The cost of this hosting is way cheaper.  I pay about $15 per month and I have 6 websites running for that cost, including my Albury Home Sales website.

Albury Home Sales
This site has my home in Lavington, NSW, (Australia) for sale.
I don't really need to sell it just yet but it was listed
along with another home I had so this is the "carry-over" from that.

Neptune Drive
This will be the replacement for the Albury Home Sales website and
will include a location for a "Garage Sale" section.
Rather than have a Garage Sale on a Saturday morning,
mine will start as soon as I put an
advertisement in the local paper and it can go as long as it likes.

eBay DIY-Website-Creation Store
I also use the DIY Website Creation website to sell items through
eBay using an eBay Store called the DIY-Website-Creation Store. 
The website is used to host the images I use on the item description (and the store description) and to bring buyers out from eBay to my website.

From there eBay buyers can search my site and
buy whatever products I have for sale without going through eBay. 
There are some strict policies that govern this, so you have to do the right thing by eBay.
